A 2000 sq ft home is our rough starting point for what a visit looks like, but bathrooms and hard flooring push the hours more than square footage does. Two bathrooms mean two showers and two toilets to scrub, and tile or wood floors take longer behind a vacuum than carpet does, since every water spot and streak shows.
One recent call came after years of handling it all solo, and one look behind the fridge was what finally made the decision. The home was a 2000 sq ft single-family with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and soap scum coated both showers while a layer of dust sat along every surface edge. That condition called for a Deep Cleaning, and two of us spent 4.5 hours working through the kitchen, bathrooms and floors. The homeowner moved to a recurring plan afterward to keep the house from sliding back into that state.

Subtropical humidity here runs 75-80%, which promotes mold and algae on damp surfaces before it's visible anywhere else. Home size is the second factor. A smaller home with fewer bathrooms sits close to $179 and a larger house with more square footage and more kitchen and bathroom work is quoted above that; either way the number is fixed before we start.
Service type is third. A standard visit costs less than a deep clean, since a one-time deep clean means more time on baseboards and the corners a regular visit skips.
