It is the set of rules we work by, so you know what to expect before you book.
The five rules
No vague values statement. Each rule describes something a homeowner can see, hear, or confirm while the crew is there.
The quote is the invoice.For a house, the price comes from bedrooms, bathrooms and how often we come. For gutters, from the linear feet and the number of stories. It is fixed before we arrive, and if we misjudged the job, that is our cost, not your surcharge.
The same crew comes back.On a recurring plan you get the same people every visit. They learn where things go, which door sticks and what you care about, and you do not re-explain the house each time.
No contract.Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, changed when life changes, stopped when you want. The price per visit follows the frequency you are on at the time.
We bring everything.Vacuums, mops, the products for kitchens and baths, the ladders and the bags. You stock nothing. Tell us about allergies or a product you prefer and we adjust.
You can check the work without being there.On a gutter visit, every run is photographed before and after and the photos are sent to you. On any visit, if a spot was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it. No forms.
Who comes to your home
One price, one phone number. Your booking does not go out to bid, and nobody you have not booked shows up. The crew brings its own equipment and products, so nothing in the house gets used or moved that does not need to be.
Plenty of our clients book for a parent's home across town and are not there when we arrive. That works. The person paying and the address being cleaned do not have to match, you tell us how the crew gets in, and on a recurring plan the same people come each time so your mother sees a familiar face, not a new one every visit. Anything the crew should know about the home or the person living in it, tell us when you book.

We clean under guards that are already fitted. We do not install, patch, re-hang or replace. If a run needs it, we say so and leave it at that.
A visit cleans surfaces and floors. It does not sort your closet or run your washer.

Specialist work with its own licensing. Not something a cleaning visit covers.

From roofs to gutters
Dave started Homesheen. Twelve years as a roofer, then into gutter and home maintenance when his back could no longer take tear-offs: the same houses and the same heights, without the demolition. Homesheen grew out of that work. Gutters came first; house cleaning followed because the people who booked the gutters kept asking whether he knew anyone for the inside.
I priced roofs for twelve years and never once gave a customer the number after the job. That is the whole idea here. You know the price before anyone climbs a ladder or opens a closet, and you see what was done, in photos, not in a story. If I would not accept a surprise on my own invoice, you should not get one on yours.
