Privacy Policy
WE SELL AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. When you submit a request or call us, we transmit your name, telephone number, email address, service address, and job details to an independent cleaning company, and we are paid for doing so. Under California and other state privacy laws, that is a “sale” and a “share” of personal information.
You can opt out at any time: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, or call (877) 549-4411. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in or SMS consent with anyone (see Section 8).

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains how UPN3XT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Homesheen (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, sells, shares, and protects personal information in connection with house-cleaning-services.com, our request forms, our telephone numbers, and our text-message program (together, the “Service”).
Homesheen is an advertising and lead-matching service, not a cleaning company. Our business is connecting consumers who want cleaning work done with independent third-party cleaning businesses (“Service Providers”), and we are paid by those businesses. Please read this Policy together with our Terms of Service.
This Policy does not cover what a Service Provider does with your information after we transmit it. Once your information reaches a Service Provider, that business is an independent controller of it and its own privacy policy applies. If you want a Service Provider to delete your information, you must contact that business directly; we will identify it to you on request.
2. Notice at Collection — Summary Table
The following summarizes the categories of personal information we collect, why, whether we sell or share it, and how long we keep it. Details follow in Sections 3–7 and 13.
| Category (CCPA) | Examples | Purpose | Sold or shared? | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, telephone number, email address, service street address or ZIP code, IP address, device and online identifiers | To match you with a Service Provider, to contact you, to prevent fraud, to keep records of your consent | Yes — sold to the matched Service Provider; shared with our service vendors | 5 years from last interaction |
| Commercial information | Type of cleaning requested, home size, number of rooms or bathrooms, frequency, preferred date, budget range, notes you type | To route your request accurately and to price and quality-check our matching | Yes — sold to the matched Service Provider | 5 years from last interaction |
| Internet or network activity | Pages viewed, referring URL, search terms that brought you to us, form interaction data, cookie and pixel data | Analytics, advertising measurement, security, proof that consent was given on a real human session | Yes — shared with analytics and advertising partners where you have not opted out | Up to 26 months |
| Approximate geolocation | City, state, and ZIP derived from your address or IP address (not precise GPS) | To determine which Service Providers cover your area | Yes — sold to the matched Service Provider as part of your request | 5 years from last interaction |
| Audio information | Recordings and transcripts of calls with us | Quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, proof of consent | No — used internally and shared only with our vendors | 5 years |
| Inferences | Likely job type, service urgency, lead quality scoring | To route requests and improve the Service | No | 5 years |
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, government identification numbers, financial account or payment card numbers, precise geolocation, biometric information, health information, or account credentials. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not profile you for such purposes.
3. Personal Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you complete a request form, call (877) 549-4411, or text us, we collect your name, telephone number, email address, the address or ZIP code where the work is needed, and the details of the job — such as the type of cleaning, size of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, preferred date and frequency, and any notes you add. We also record the fact, time, and content of the consent you gave, along with the page URL and a record of your interaction with the form.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Service we and our vendors may collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, timestamps, and similar technical data through cookies, pixels, tags, and log files. See Section 10.
Information from calls. If you speak with us by telephone, we collect the call detail records and, where you have been notified and have continued the call, the recording and any transcript. See Section 9.
4. Where We Get It
- Directly from you — our web forms, telephone calls, text messages, and email. This is our primary source.
- Automatically from your device — cookies, pixels, and server logs.
- From our service vendors — our hosting, telephony, analytics, and lead-verification providers, acting on our behalf.
- From advertising platforms — limited campaign and attribution data telling us which ad or search result brought you to us.
5. How We Use It
- To match your request with an independent Service Provider serving your area and to transmit your request to that business;
- To contact you by telephone call, text message, or email about your request, including to confirm details or follow up;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, and to analyze traffic and conversion;
- To create and keep records that demonstrate the consent you provided, as required by federal and state telemarketing law;
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, duplicate or automated submissions, and abuse;
- To resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations, subpoenas, and lawful requests; and
- To market our own services to you, subject to your choices.
6. How We Sell and Share It
WE SELL AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
When you submit a request, we transmit your name, telephone number, email address, service address, and job details to an independent Service Provider that covers your area, and we receive compensation in connection with that transmission. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable state laws, this is a “sale” of personal information. Where advertising and analytics technologies on our site disclose your online identifiers to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, that is a “share.”
The Service Provider that receives your information may contact you by telephone, text message, or email, and may use your information for its own purposes under its own privacy policy. We do not control that use.
What we do not do:
- We do not distribute a single request to a list of competing buyers. Each request is routed to one Service Provider.
- We do not operate a lead marketplace and we do not resell your information as part of a data set, mailing list, or bulk file.
- We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
- We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with anyone. See Section 8.
We may also disclose personal information: to comply with law, legal process, or a lawful government request; to enforce our agreements or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person; and to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7. Who Receives It
| Recipient | What they receive | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| The matched Service Provider (an independent cleaning business) | Your name, telephone number, email address, service address, and job details | Sale — we are compensated |
| Telephony and messaging vendors (call routing, SMS delivery, call recording) | Telephone number, call and message content and metadata | Service provider acting on our behalf under contract |
| Hosting, database, and CRM vendors | All request data | Service provider acting on our behalf under contract |
| Analytics and advertising platforms | Online identifiers, page and event data | Share for cross-context behavioral advertising, where you have not opted out |
| Lead-verification and consent-documentation vendors | Form session data and consent records | Service provider acting on our behalf under contract |
| Professional advisors, insurers, and regulators | As required | Legal obligation or legitimate business need |
We require our service providers and contractors by written contract to use personal information only to perform services for us, and prohibit them from selling it or using it for their own purposes.
8. Text Messaging and Mobile Opt-In Data
Mobile opt-in information is never sold or shared. Your mobile telephone number and the consent you give to receive text messages from Homesheen are used solely to operate the Homesheen text-message program. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with any third party for that third party’s marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties that touch this data are the subcontractors that deliver the messages themselves — our messaging platform and the telecommunications carriers — and only for that delivery.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us and HELP for assistance, or contact us at privacy@house-cleaning-services.com or (877) 549-4411. We process opt-out requests promptly and no later than ten (10) business days after receipt. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Any consent you give to the matched Service Provider to contact you is separate from this program. It is obtained, held, and honored by that Service Provider, and an opt-out sent to us does not automatically stop that Service Provider’s messages — you must also tell them directly.
9. Call Recording and Monitoring
Calls to and from Homesheen may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance, training, verification of consent, and recordkeeping. We give a recording announcement at the start of calls. Several states require the consent of every party to a call, and by continuing with a call after the announcement you consent to the recording. If you do not consent to being recorded, tell the representative at the start of the call or end the call and contact us in writing instead. We keep recordings and transcripts as described in Section 13 and do not sell them.
10. Cookies, Pixels, and Analytics
We and our vendors use cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic and advertising performance, and detect fraud. Categories used:
- Strictly necessary — security, load balancing, form functionality, and recording your privacy choices. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — how visitors find and use the site, in aggregate.
- Advertising and measurement — attributing a request to the ad or search result that produced it, and measuring campaign performance. These may involve a “share” of your online identifiers.
Your control. Non-essential cookies, tags, and third-party scripts are loaded only after you consent through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the Service may then not work. We do not use session-replay tools that capture the content you type.
Global Privacy Control. We treat a GPC signal received from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information associated with that browser, and it overrides any conflicting setting you may have made on this site. Because a browser signal is not tied to your identity, it applies to that browser and device; to opt out of the sale of a request you have already submitted, use the form at Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
Do Not Track. Browsers may transmit “Do Not Track” signals. There is no common standard for how they should be honored and we do not respond to them; we do honor GPC as described above.
11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
11.1 Opt out of sale and sharing — available to everyone
Regardless of where you live, you may tell us to stop selling and sharing your personal information:
- Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information form;
- Enable Global Privacy Control in your browser or extension;
- Call (877) 549-4411; or
- Email privacy@house-cleaning-services.com.
We will not require you to create an account to submit any privacy request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Note that if you opt out of the sale of your information, we cannot connect you with a Service Provider, because transmitting your request to that business is the service you asked for.
11.2 State privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we have collected about you and the categories of third parties to which we disclosed or sold it; delete it; correct inaccuracies; obtain a portable copy; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and certain profiling; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and appeal a decision we make on your request.
These rights are currently available to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, and to residents of any other state whose comprehensive privacy law is in effect, in each case to the extent that law applies to us and subject to its exceptions.
11.3 How to submit a request
Submit a request through the privacy request form, by email to privacy@house-cleaning-services.com, or by calling (877) 549-4411. To protect your information we will ask you to verify the telephone number or email address you gave us, and we may ask for one additional data point matching our records. We will not use verification information for any other purpose.
We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you. If we deny a request in whole or in part, we will tell you why and how to appeal; we decide appeals within 45 days and, if we deny an appeal, we will give you a method to contact your state attorney general.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We will ask for written permission signed by you and may ask you to verify your own identity directly.
11.4 California “Shine the Light”
California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83. Send the request to privacy@house-cleaning-services.com.
12. Sensitive Personal Information and Data Minimization
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined by state privacy laws — including racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health or medical data, precise geolocation, immigration or citizenship status, biometric or genetic data, sexual orientation, union membership, or the contents of your private communications — and we do not sell or share sensitive personal information.
Please do not include sensitive details in free-text fields. If you do, we will treat that information as sensitive, use it only as reasonably necessary to handle your request, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
We collect only the personal information that is reasonably necessary and proportionate to provide the matching service you requested, and we do not process it for purposes that are neither disclosed here nor compatible with that purpose.
13. How Long We Keep Information
- Request and contact data: up to 5 years from your last interaction with us.
- Consent records (the exact disclosure text you accepted, timestamp, IP address, page URL, and interaction data): at least 5 years, because federal and state telemarketing rules require us to be able to prove consent and because claims can be brought years later.
- Call recordings and transcripts: up to 5 years.
- Analytics and advertising data: up to 26 months.
- Opt-out and do-not-contact records: retained indefinitely, so that we can continue to honor your opt-out.
We may keep information longer where required by law or where it is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. When a retention period ends we delete or de-identify the information.
14. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us at privacy@house-cleaning-services.com.
15. Children
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of, or deliver targeted advertising to, any consumer we know or should know is under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at privacy@house-cleaning-services.com and we will delete it.
16. United States Only
The Service is intended solely for users located in the United States, and we currently serve all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii. We do not target or knowingly offer the Service to individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and we do not monitor their behavior. Information we collect is stored and processed in the United States.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes affecting how we sell or share personal information, we will highlight the change on this page for at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect. We review and update this Policy at least once every twelve (12) months.
