Cost by region
How much does house cleaning cost in Idaho?
In Idaho, a Standard Recurring Clean starts from $199 per visit; bedrooms, bathrooms and how often you book set the final number, fixed before the visit, as of September 2026. Homesheen quotes one flat price per visit, never an hourly rate: the quote is fixed before we start, and you book by calling (877) 549-4411. We do not advertise affordable house cleaning; we publish the price.
Boise is Idaho's largest city, though pricing barely splits by region: Boise and the rest of the state both start from $199 a visit, so the difference comes from the home, not the map. Two services cost more: Deep Cleaning starts from $279 for the inside of the oven and fridge, baseboards and cabinets, and Move In / Move Out starts from $319 for an empty home cleaned wall to wall.

Price my homeHourly rate vs per visit
Is $50 an hour a good rate for house cleaning, and what does three hours buy?
An hourly rate only tells you what you pay if the job runs long. Three hours at $35 is $105, but the same home that takes a first-time house cleaner three hours takes a crew who knows it two, and the price you were quoted is not the price you pay either way.
Homesheen quotes the visit, not the hour. A Standard Recurring Clean is one number for the whole home, set from bedrooms, bathrooms and how often we come, and it does not move once we are inside. Two of us on a 2,000 square foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is a visit of about three hours the first time and closer to two on a schedule; the number stays the same.
So the honest comparison is per visit. Take any hourly quote, multiply by the hours the cleaner expects, and put it next to the Idaho ranges above. If the hourly total is lower, ask what happens when it takes longer.
Idaho homes
What is different about cleaning a home in Idaho?
Snow and road grit are what change a house cleaning in Idaho: homes track in grit and melted snow from November through March, and dry dusty summers can add wildfire smoke ash some years.
Between visits, road grit and melted snow build up near entry points through the winter months, and dry summer air leaves dust on every surface, sometimes thicker with ash carried in from wildfire smoke. The kitchen takes the longest to clean, since it sits closest to the mudroom where grit and grime collect first, though bathrooms get the same attention each visit.
Carpet and hardwood cover most of the home, so vacuuming and dusting take real time, while tile in the bathrooms wipes and mops down faster. A mudroom entry and a basement add two extra spaces that catch grit before it spreads through the rest of the house.
Homes in Idaho most often book a first visit in April, after the snow melts.

What lands on the invoice
Is the quote the final price, or does anything get added?
The number we quote is the number on the invoice. It already covers the crew, the cleaning supplies and equipment we bring, and any sales tax that applies to residential cleaning in Idaho; nothing is added afterward, and there is no travel fee inside the service area. If a visit runs longer than we planned, that time is our cost. The only way the figure changes is if you change the order: a Deep Cleaning instead of a Standard Recurring Clean, or a different frequency, and you see the new number before we come.

Why Homesheen
What is different about a Homesheen house cleaning in Idaho?
Three things, and they hold in every city we work in. The quote is one flat number for the visit, built from bedrooms, bathrooms and how often we come, and it does not move once we are inside. On a recurring plan the same crew comes every visit, so nobody relearns your kitchen. And there is no contract: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning, and you stop when you want.
We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment: vacuum, mop, the products for kitchens and bathrooms. Laundry, organizing and exterior windows are not part of any visit, and the city pages list exactly what is, as a cleaning checklist for a Standard Recurring Clean and a Deep Cleaning. We do not promise a spotless home or that we go above and beyond; we promise the list, and if a spot on it was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it.
