Cost by region
How much does house cleaning cost in Arizona?
A Standard Recurring Clean in Arizona starts from $209 per visit as of September 2026, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home, plus how often you book, set the final number, which is fixed before the visit. Homesheen quotes one flat price per visit and never hourly, the quote is fixed before work starts, and booking begins with a call to (877) 549-4411. We do not advertise affordable house cleaning; we publish the price.
Phoenix, the state's largest city, sits above the rest of Arizona. Two services cost more than a standard visit: a Deep Cleaning starts from $289 because it covers the inside of the oven and fridge, the baseboards and the cabinets, and a Move In / Move Out starts from $339 because it cleans an empty home wall to wall.

Price my homeHourly rate vs per visit
Is $50 an hour a good rate for house cleaning, and what does three hours buy?
An hourly rate only tells you what you pay if the job runs long. Three hours at $35 is $105, but the same home that takes a first-time house cleaner three hours takes a crew who knows it two, and the price you were quoted is not the price you pay either way.
Homesheen quotes the visit, not the hour. A Standard Recurring Clean is one number for the whole home, set from bedrooms, bathrooms and how often we come, and it does not move once we are inside. Two of us on a 2,000 square foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is a visit of about three hours the first time and closer to two on a schedule; the number stays the same.
So the honest comparison is per visit. Take any hourly quote, multiply by the hours the cleaner expects, and put it next to the Arizona ranges above. If the hourly total is lower, ask what happens when it takes longer.
Arizona homes
What is different about cleaning a home in Arizona?
Dust is what changes a house cleaning in Arizona: monsoon winds and dry air settle a fine layer on every surface, and hard water leaves scale on glass, fixtures and tile.
Around Phoenix and Tucson, that dust and hard water scale build fastest, and the bathrooms take the longest of any room, since scale on the glass and fixtures needs a closer wipe than dust alone. Tile runs throughout, so a visit means mopping room to room, and a covered patio with a pool tracks in dust and water spots at the door.
In the higher, cooler country toward the north of the state, dry air still carries dust year-round, and snow and grit add to it from October through April. Hardwood and carpet floors with tile in the bathrooms mean we vacuum the carpet and dust the hardwood, while a mudroom and a finished basement catch grit before it spreads through the kitchen and the rest of the home.
First visits across the state cluster in September to October, once the monsoon dust season has passed.

What lands on the invoice
Is the quote the final price, or does anything get added?
The number we quote is the number on the invoice. It already covers the crew, the cleaning supplies and equipment we bring, and any sales tax that applies to residential cleaning in Arizona; nothing is added afterward, and there is no travel fee inside the service area. If a visit runs longer than we planned, that time is our cost. The only way the figure changes is if you change the order: a Deep Cleaning instead of a Standard Recurring Clean, or a different frequency, and you see the new number before we come.

Why Homesheen
What is different about a Homesheen house cleaning in Arizona?
Three things, and they hold in every city we work in. The quote is one flat number for the visit, built from bedrooms, bathrooms and how often we come, and it does not move once we are inside. On a recurring plan the same crew comes every visit, so nobody relearns your kitchen. And there is no contract: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning, and you stop when you want.
We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment: vacuum, mop, the products for kitchens and bathrooms. Laundry, organizing and exterior windows are not part of any visit, and the city pages list exactly what is, as a cleaning checklist for a Standard Recurring Clean and a Deep Cleaning. We do not promise a spotless home or that we go above and beyond; we promise the list, and if a spot on it was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it.
