How much does house cleaning cost in Arkansas?
A Standard Recurring Clean in Arkansas starts from $169 per visit as of September 2026, with bedrooms, bathrooms and how often you book setting the final number, fixed before the visit. Homesheen quotes one flat price per visit and never an hourly rate, the quote is fixed before we start, and to book you call (877) 549-4411. We do not advertise affordable house cleaning; we publish the price.
Above that starting price, the Memphis metro, which reaches into Arkansas, starts from $179 a visit, and the rest of Arkansas from $169. Little Rock, the largest city, prices with the rest of the state. Two services cost more than a standard visit: a Deep Cleaning starts from $239 because it works the inside of the oven and fridge, the baseboards and the cabinets, and a Move In / Move Out starts from $269 because it covers an empty home cleaned wall to wall.

Price my homeHourly rate vs per visit
Is $50 an hour a good rate for house cleaning, and what does three hours buy?
An hourly rate only tells you what you pay if the job runs long. Three hours at $35 is $105, but the same home that takes a first-time house cleaner three hours takes a crew who knows it two, and the price you were quoted is not the price you pay either way.
Homesheen quotes the visit, not the hour. A Standard Recurring Clean is one number for the whole home, set from bedrooms, bathrooms and how often we come, and it does not move once we are inside. Two of us on a 2,000 square foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is a visit of about three hours the first time and closer to two on a schedule; the number stays the same.
So the honest comparison is per visit. Take any hourly quote, multiply by the hours the cleaner expects, and put it next to the Arkansas ranges above. If the hourly total is lower, ask what happens when it takes longer.
Arkansas homes
What is different about cleaning a home in Arkansas?
Humidity is what changes a house cleaning in Arkansas: summers hold heavy moisture, spring thunderstorms bring pollen and mud in the wet months.
Between visits that moisture and pollen settle as a dust layer over counters and floors, and the kitchen takes longer to clean since it collects the most of both. Bathrooms pick up a share too, since damp air slows how fast surfaces there dry.
Carpet and laminate floors, with tile in the bathrooms, mean we vacuum the carpet for pollen and wipe the laminate for tracked-in mud. A covered porch and a garage entry give the home one more way for dirt and pollen to reach the floors before we arrive, so the bathrooms and the entry floors get the closest look on every visit.
Homes across the state book a first visit most often in April, once the spring storms and pollen have passed.

What lands on the invoice
Is the quote the final price, or does anything get added?
The number we quote is the number on the invoice. It already covers the crew, the cleaning supplies and equipment we bring, and any sales tax that applies to residential cleaning in Arkansas; nothing is added afterward, and there is no travel fee inside the service area. If a visit runs longer than we planned, that time is our cost. The only way the figure changes is if you change the order: a Deep Cleaning instead of a Standard Recurring Clean, or a different frequency, and you see the new number before we come.

Why Homesheen
What is different about a Homesheen house cleaning in Arkansas?
Three things, and they hold in every city we work in. The quote is one flat number for the visit, built from bedrooms, bathrooms and how often we come, and it does not move once we are inside. On a recurring plan the same crew comes every visit, so nobody relearns your kitchen. And there is no contract: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning, and you stop when you want.
We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment: vacuum, mop, the products for kitchens and bathrooms. Laundry, organizing and exterior windows are not part of any visit, and the city pages list exactly what is, as a cleaning checklist for a Standard Recurring Clean and a Deep Cleaning. We do not promise a spotless home or that we go above and beyond; we promise the list, and if a spot on it was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it.
