Q: What is the best cleanser for
marble floors?

the manufacturers put it on floor tiles? Does the seal need to be stripped
while waxing the floor? It sounds like a very...first word that comes to
mind is a pain in the butt. From the reading I’ve done it sounds like a
good market but it’s a long process. Am I mistaken by assuming this?

to use? What machinery is used to apply the coats of sealant? So if I
understand this the sealer acts like a first coat of paint and the finish
would be like the final coat of paint, correct?
Q: You have an enamel bath tub which
has lime scale on it, what can you use to remove the lime scale without
harming the surface of your tub?
Q: What is the best way to get a
real bad stain off of quarry tiles?

Q: You give an estimate on a house
for a first time cleaning charge and then a weekly charge after that. Your
aware that these people know many other people and this could turn into
lots of referrals. You also know the client has gone through 7 other
cleaning services. They come back and state that your prices are not
within their budget. Do you drop your price for fear of losing potential
referrals or do you stick to the price you quoted?
