All bids are shown as
"Points." The more points you have, the higher your listing will appear on the
state's page where your listing was placed. If you are currently a Premier
Member, your listing will remain in the "Premier Member" section. If you are a
"Basic Member," your listing will remain in the "Basic Members"
section, even if you have more points than a Premier Member. You must
upgrade to a Premier Membership to be included in the Premier Member
section. If you have more points than a competitor on your state's page in the
same section, your listing will be placed above theirs. Adding points is
OPTIONAL. If you choose NOT to add more points, your listing will still be a
part of our Directory. If you choose to add more points to your
account, you will earn 100 points per dollar you add. All members will earn 1000
points ($10.00) just for joining. As other members join the Cleaning Service Directory
(at your OPTION) you may want to increase the points for your
listing by adding funds in your account to be placed above any competitor with a
lesser bid amount.
If your points are equal to a
competitor's points, your listing will be placed UNDER other cleaning services
which have the
same bid amount. All advertiser's bid amounts are publicly shown on their
listings. All points you accumulate will remain on your account indefinitely
until further notice where we may, at our option, chose to expire points.
If you are increasing your bid for
our Cleaning Products section, your listing will remain in the same section
(Sponsored or Standard) if you increase your bid. If your bid is higher than a
competitor in that same category, your listing will be placed above theirs.

Please be aware that the minimum bid amount is $5.00 and we only accept FULL
dollar amounts (no cents). Click the Blue Paypal button below to submit your

Why Did The Cleaning Service Directory Add a Bidding System To Rank It's
Members?
As of 3/1/04, the Cleaning Service Directory changed the way it ranks it's
members due to a variety of reasons. The most important reason was from feedback
from it's advertisers. Many advertisers didn't feel it was fair to rank other
members higher just because their name started with a particular letter and
wanted more ways to increase their exposure. If you ever have an idea for the
directory, please be sure to let us know, as we take feedback very seriously and
ALL feedback sent to us is read and considered. The Cleaning Service Directory
was also getting many listing change requests with advertisers
attempting to place an "A" in front of their listing's title for no
other reason than to bring their listing closer to the top. This has
been very draining on our resources. We try hard to keep our costs low for
everyone, so this was the only reasonable way to solve the problem that
would be fair to everyone, without raising our membership fees.
Another reason is that we have been getting many complaints from people
seeking cleaning services that some advertisers are not responding to their
contact efforts. We have found that the majority of the people visiting the
Cleaning Service Directory looking for cleaning services are starting at the top
of the page, and contacting services as they go down down the page We felt that if some of
our advertisers were more pro-active in their listing's placement and wanted
their listing closer to the top, that they would also be more likely to respond
to people who contact them about their services.
All in all, we feel that we are increasing the overall quality and integrity
of the Cleaning Service Directory for both our advertisers and visitors looking
for cleaning services.
